    Book a new service time for yourself on our website and report it in the field for additional information. We exchange new tires for working ones under warranty.

    Go to the orders section on our website and click on the order. In the window that opens, change the mechanic's booking time
  • Can I have my own bike parts for maintenance?

    Yes, you can purchase bike parts yourself and give them to a mechanic
